2025 marked a major turning point for Pevent.
In 2024, we processed just over ₦10,000,000 in transactions. In 2025, that figure grew to ₦80,000,000. This growth reflected increased trust in the platform and wider adoption by event creators and attendees.
Growth Proven Under Real Demand
One of the clearest tests of that growth came during a major event on the platform. Within 48 hours, 1,500 tickets were sold online only.
There were no physical sales and no manual workarounds. Payments were processed smoothly, tickets were delivered instantly, and the system performed reliably under pressure.
Improving Access and Reducing Friction
Throughout 2025, Pevent focused on improving the ticketing experience for users.
The introduction of WhatsApp ticket access allowed attendees to receive and retrieve tickets directly through WhatsApp. This reduced friction, improved delivery reliability, and simplified event entry for both attendees and organizers.
Launch of the Pevent Ambassador Program
In 2025, Pevent launched its Ambassador Program to support organic growth and community driven promotion.
The program was built to:
- Extend reach through trusted advocates
- Reward promotion transparently
- Strengthen relationships between creators and their audiences.
This initiative marked a shift toward more sustainable, community focused growth.
What 2025 Established

It also revealed areas requiring further refinement, which are now central to ongoing development.

In 2026, Pevent is focused on giving event creators more control and attendees more options.
For event creators, this means better tools to manage pricing, distribution, and event setup with greater flexibility and clarity.
For attendees, the focus is on expanding ticket purchase options and continuing to improve the overall experience from discovery to entry.
